Office appointments and virtual sessions are typically 50 minutes in length.  My office days/hours are currently Monday and Tuesday from 11:00am to 7:00pm.  I have limited Sunday and Wednesday availablity as well.  EMDR sessions can be 50 to 90 minutes.  Longer sessions are pro-rated in cost.  

Wilderness appointments are typically 90 minutes in length, meeting at an agreed upon trailhead or outdoor space in Villa Grove, Salida, or Buena Vista. Wilderness appointments are done rain or shine!   There is some flexibility in time and price for meeting locations near the town of Salida.

These last for 20 minutes and can be done in person or over the phone.  The point of the introductory meeting is for you to get to know me and can decide if I am a good fit to help you reach your therapeutic goals.  Message me to set up a time to talk!

Wilderness Intensive appointments are 3-4 hours in length and are designed for clients wanting an immersive experience with nature and their souls.  Sessions will be designed around the client's goals, but may include  activities around letting go, setting intentions, developing a greater sense of self, and finding purpose.  These sessions are designed for locals and Estes Park visitors alike!

*Price includes 30 minute initial phone consultation to review goals and plan time/meeting location.

We accept direct payment for services at the end of each session. For patients with out-of-network benefits, we will create a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.

Why out-of-network?  We believe this model allows for the highest quality of care, eliminating concerns on deductibles and a limited number of sessions paid for through the insurance company.  By factoring insurance out, clients are given the personal and focused care needed for healing.
